The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Amendments to Clause 8 of the Law "On Labour Remuneration" (re Regulation of Salary Fund of the Employees of Enterprises-Monopolists)

The Law liquidates state regulation of salary funds of the enterprises-monopolists. The Law harmonizes the system of state regulation of enterprises-monopolists in Ukraine with the international standards, not alleviating governmental control over the prices fixed by monopolistic entities.

The draft is registered under Reg. No.7446.
